To celebrate 67 years of production and the conclusion of the ‘Defender’, Land Rover built a limited number of Heritage Editions which have many special features including the Grasmere Green paint-a colour scheme determined by a surplus of military paint, a black square on the wing with white letters that read HUE 166, the registration of the first pre-production Series Land Rover, one of the many neat touches you’ll find on the Heritage edition. Other features include but not limited to the classic ‘lightning bolt’ Land Rover badge, the heritage-style grille, mudflaps, body colour wheels, white roof, and headlamps.
